Our founder, David Oyediji, brings 10 years’ experience in property law and has been a Licensed Conveyancer for over 5 years. That expertise means when you work with us, you’re working directly with a qualified conveyancer who understands every detail of the process—and knows how to move it forward without delay.

What We Offer
- All Residential Conveyancing Transactions – We act on all types of residential transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership, managing matters from instruction through to completion in a structured and efficient way.
- Legal Ready Pack - We offer a Legal Ready Pack to prepare a property for sale at an early stage. This includes searches with eighteen month indemnity, a full set of enquiries raised and answered, and all relevant third party documents and indemnities obtained. The aim is to have the file significantly progressed before a buyer is found. This is offered at a reduced cost, reflecting the efficiencies of doing the work upfront.
- Reservation Agreements - We can put reservation agreements in place between buyer and seller to add commitment once a sale is agreed. They help set clear expectations and reduce the risk of deals falling through.
- Independent Legal Advice – We provide independent legal advice where needed so clients fully understand what they are entering into, particularly on more complex matters.
